The Omni Plague Breaches Dominus Columbia

A sealed storage tube labeled "Outbreak: Volatile," buried at the center of the Dupe Circle beneath Dominus Columbia's underground capital, cracks open. The Omni Plague, a pre-Fall bioweapon older than the modern Infection itself, re-enters the world. It severs the bond between living hosts and the Infection: healing stops, resilience vanishes, death becomes permanent. Contamination spreads through the Dupe Circle to every connected layer within hours. The Downtown Complex is evacuated with most personnel lost. Miles of residential territory are consumed and converted into diseased crystalline reefs that trace the paths where Infection once moved through bodies and systems. Blackened crystalline structures erupt outward, spiraling hundreds of feet into the air. Dominus Columbia, the underground capital that survived the Fall, the Unification War, and a century of wasteland politics, falls to a weapon from the world it was built to replace.
