Congress Hall
Possibly one of the oldest buildings still standing on the East Coast, Congress Hall is a massive Victorian-era structure that has survived since pre-fall times and serves as the proud centerpiece of May Cape. The town's governing body, the Congress, takes its name from the building and meets within its walls. The Council comprises seven members: four escaped slaves, two lifelong locals, and one reformed former high-ranking Aysea slaver.
