Duke Holiday
Duke Holiday co-owns the Last Chance Roadhouse with Wayne Osmond, running one of the few gambling-free neutral zones in all of Vegasia. Out past the city, surrounded by thousands of old-world signs and sculptures dragged to the desert since before the Fall, the Roadhouse is a place where rival racers and biker gangs sit side by side without violence. Holiday prefers to keep competition on the race track rather than inside his establishment, and the law of neutrality at the Last Chance has never been broken. Revenue flows from track rentals, food and drink, room rental, and brokered transactions. In a city that runs on gambling and bloodshed, Holiday and Osmond have built something rare: an honest bar.
