An orphanage and refinement school outside Vegas proper, Madam Mumsy's Nursery takes in abandoned children and trains them until the age of thirteen. The curriculum covers old-world etiquette, household duties, musical performance, bodyguarding, and personal assistant skills. Every child must excel in all studies or be removed by their ninth birthday. Those who fail are either released into the desert or turned over to the Rivera family at the Venice for quick sale.
