A region that has returned to a state of existence with very little suggestion humanity ever lived there. Dense jungles lie hidden beneath feet of rapidly growing radiation-consuming fungus that blankets everything in sight. Beneath that living carpet, the remains of pre-fall cities and civilizations wait to be excavated and rediscovered, buried by decades of relentless overgrowth.
The natural food chain has reasserted itself with a vengeance.
