Used the PA system to convince the isolated inhabitants of his divine authority, then imposed a cult-like religion of dark traditions on the fortress population.

Led a group of slick-pirates to board the offshore fortress fifteen years ago, killing the pale, wasted elders who ran the platform. Used the PA system to proclaim divine authority, convincing the bewildered natives of his right to rule. Turned the fortress into a bawdy pirate haven, attracting pirates from across the Spoiled Coast. Enslaved the original inhabitants and imposed dark religious traditions, reducing the natives to slaves in hereditary positions.
