Zam Xietl
The self-proclaimed emperor of Calli (formerly Cancun), who seized power through a coup of the local Tribe of Seasons with Cartel backing. Uses bastardized Aztec and Mayan traditions to enforce his feudal rule. Known for the ritual of heart extraction, in which he pulls the still-beating heart from condemned prisoners while they live.

Rose to power through a coup of the local Tribe of Seasons, defeating opposing Autumn Tribe members with Cartel-equipped forces. Proclaimed himself King on the Coast, renamed Cancun to Calli, and established feudal rule. Renamed his loyal Autumn warriors as Conquistadors, an elite guard meant to conquer the wider Pridelands. Divided Calli into three baronies under the Noble Council, delegating control through Barons Cactus Flower, Suarez, and Gomez.
