Rover who grew up not far from where
Ellistown landing is currently located; her family operates a local waystation and ferry service. Lista's wanderlust and innate curiosity lead her to venture out into the wastes and explore, seeing it for herself. Along the way her sailing skills have been continously tested, and she's continued to pass every test she's faced so far with a crew forming around her. At this point her crew, Chimera, is a wasteland spanning organization.
