The tallest cliff on the Vegasian shoreline, Bluffs Point offers a ninety-foot drop to jagged stone and crashing ocean waves. The water at the base varies from dangerously shallow to a depth that might offer slim hope, though vicious riptides can drag swimmers miles out to sea. This is where people are brought when Vegasian interests want someone to disappear without a trace.
  The location often inspires frantic last-minute negotiations and desperate deals to avoid the plunge. A story circulates of a double-crossed businessman who flung himself from the cliff rather than sign over his casino stake to his partner. He supposedly survived the fall, avoided the jagged rocks, swam back to shore despite the riptides, and returned to exact revenge. His partner, backing away in shock, stepped off the cliff himself. At low tide, a zombie impaled on the rocks below may be what remains of the double-crosser. The best negotiations in Vegasia happen at the edge of this cliff.
