Dark Moon Tribe

A Lascarian tribe inhabiting the Space Caverns between New Austin and Bravo. Known for fierce trading, extreme territoriality, and a lucrative underground smuggling operation. Their militant sect, the Night Walkers, conducts ceremonial surface raids during New Moons.
