LeFrak City

Once one of the largest housing projects on the pre-fall East Coast, LeFrak City now stands as a teeming hive of the undead in the Iron Gardens. The communal building design that once housed thousands of living families has proven equally efficient at breeding the dead. Interconnected corridors, shared stairwells, and dense apartment blocks provide an ideal incubator, and the undead population within has grown at an explosive rate.
  No one enters LeFrak City. The hive is considered completely impenetrable, a solid mass of reanimated flesh packed into concrete and brick. Scouts who have observed the complex from a distance report movement in every window, on every rooftop, and in every doorway. There is no safe approach, no weak point, and no reason to try.
  LeFrak City serves as a grim reminder that not every ruin in Old York can be reclaimed. Some places belong to the dead now, and the dead are not giving them back.
