He founded the place with Vegasian money and has kept it well connected and vital to the Guts N Bolts races. The whole facility stays well appointed with guns and supplies under his management.
Keets is known to sponsor competitions among outlying settlements to determine who can send the best hooch and herbs for conversion into Pit Stop's special blend of racing fuel. The competitions keep the smaller communities invested in the racing economy and ensure a steady supply of raw materials flowing into the facility.
