A settlement built around old Cheapskate Bay, where an old bridge runs out into a sunken city that will never surface again. Two pre-fall warships sit moored and half-submerged against the crumbling structure: the USS Enterprise and the USS Harry S. Truman.

History
Point Usheront grew around the two warships that became trapped when the pre-fall city sank. Rather than abandon the vessels, survivors recognized their value: one as a trade port with its vast cargo capacity, the other as a power source with its still-functioning reactor. Two communities formed around the ships, and a settlement grew between them.
