Wayne Osmond
Wayne Osmond co-owns the Last Chance Roadhouse alongside Duke Holiday, maintaining one of the few gambling-free venues in all of Vegasia. The Roadhouse sits in the desert outside Vegas City proper, surrounded by a graveyard of old-world signs and sculptures, and enforces a strict neutrality that has never been broken. Iron-horse riders, Dieseljocks, street racers, and gearheads from as far as Salt Lake Commune gather here to test their machines on the double-oval track out back, drink at the full-length bar, and listen to women croon classic blues on a stage of recovered chrome and iron. The competition stays on the track; inside, everyone is equal.
