Town sincerity is at an all-time high and crop yields are among the healthiest. He has visited the skyboxes of Vegasia, the Lineage League Hall and Empire State Syndicate of Old York, and dined with the Parliament of London. He took his high-school sweetheart as wife and consort and rarely travels without her.
He is not the original Andrew Borgata. He was a "Charlie Piper" model slave, one of the occasional teenagers to figure out the ruse of Pleasantville's manufactured innocence. When given the standard choice to return as a Parent/Teacher or die, he snapped and killed the real Borgata instead. Because so few retainers knew who the actual man at the top was, the Piper took over the Cartel with relative ease. Only someone who knew the inner workings of the town so intimately could run it so well. Armed with insider knowledge, unyielding charisma, and a gift for bureaucratic cruelty honed by a special type of madness, he has become an avowed and devoted member of the Final Knights: reigning in Hell with power and wealth.

When the system gave him the standard choice (return as a willing participant or die), he chose a third option. He killed the real Borgata and became him.
