Banker's Dozen
An enterprising group of Vegasians discovered a derelict paddleboat on the eastern shore of Missory Bay and saw not a wreck but an opportunity. They had the vessel retrofitted into the Dutchy: a floating casino, headquarters, ferry, and private resort all in one. The Banker's Dozen has been operating from the water ever since, bringing Vegasian culture and Vegasian vices to the bay's ports and fishing villages.
The Dutchy serves as their traveling base of operations, crossing Missory Bay as a ferry for paying passengers while doubling as an exclusive getaway for wealthy clients. Teams of slaves maintain and operate the ship, and the Banker's Dozen trades with nearby ports for vessel maintenance and with local fishing communities for food and hooch stores. It is a small empire built on a salvaged hull, and the Dozen runs it with the same cheerful opportunism that defines everything Vegasian.
