Heart Break Hotel

A faded blue two-story building based on pre-fall hotel blueprints, the Heart Break Hotel is one of the few completely new buildings constructed in the Vegasian territories. Originally designed as a religious site for pilgrims of the Kings Court, it was reallocated to its current grim purpose after 33 Black won the guerilla war against the Kings Court Virtues and turned the building from a location of musical heritage to a place of agony and suffering.
  Now the Heart Break Hotel serves as Vegasia's house of merciful euthanasia. Broken entertainers, ruined gamblers, and abused sex workers who have nothing left of their spirit check in and are treated humanely for a few weeks of serenity. After two weeks, they receive the "final indiscretion": a lethal dose of sedative and poison. A limited number of suites are reserved by the richest families as death sentences for traitors and double-dealers. The Sisters of Sorrow staff the Hotel, and they watch for guests who find revelation in their agony. Those who embrace the Final Knights through their suffering are sedated and shipped to the Black Pyramid for infernal dedication instead of being euthanized. Two weeks of being treated like a human, then a gentle poison; in Vegas, that is mercy.
