Nero 'The Fallen Emperor'
They called him the New King of Vegasia. Head of a wealthy family owning two of the most prestigious casinos on Murderer's Mile, Nero pushed hardest for the outward expansion and unification of the Vegasian territories. He turned to a settlement of Kings Court followers outside Vegas proper for additional manpower, became a follower of the Virtues of the Kings and Queens, and for a brief moment it looked like Vegasia might actually become something more than a collection of feuding families and bloody streets.
The alliance lasted roughly three weeks. The Final Knights dismantled his movement with surgical cruelty: key family members assassinated with evidence pointing to rival families, sections of Vegas burned, dozens of Kings Court followers vanished and were found chained to the exterior walls of the Black Pyramid. Blood flowed so heavily from the Pyramid that it ran off into the streets, leaving a crimson trail down the center of Murderer's Mile for everyone to see. Nero was left a broken man with troops routed and supporters splintered. Rumor says he still lives as the first long-term resident of the Heart Break Hotel: the guest who checked in and never checked out.
