Sunrise Ban-dee-tow
The Merican patriarch who leads Los Ban-dee-tows Mericanos, a gang of outsiders that invaded the Sinking City. Seized leadership by defeating the previous boss in a wrestling match and redirected the gang toward conquering the city through an ideology he calls Manifest Destiny.

Challenged then-leader Stone McDouglas to a wrestling match during a rest stop in Lone Star, won, and renamed the gang after his family. Led the gang south through Lone Star and the Prideland Wilds, discovering and claiming the Sinking City as their new home. Stormed a local castillo in the old park and established the Casa de Capitalismo (Chapultepec Castle) as base of operations. Secured oil fields in the Prideland Wilds, which became the gang's greatest source of power and income.

The aging Stone McDouglas has been trying to convince younger members to challenge Sunrise to a wrestling match to redirect the gang away from its self-destructive path.
